3. YouTube API Access

When you connect your YouTube account, RawPiper uses the YouTube Data API and may request the following scopes:

  • youtube.upload – to upload and publish videos you choose through RawPiper.
  • youtube – to manage your YouTube account, including videos, playlists, and channel settings (only if required for the features you use).

These permissions are used solely to provide publishing and management features you request.
RawPiper does not access or use any other YouTube account data.

You can revoke RawPiper’s access to your YouTube account at any time in your Google Account permissions.

4. TikTok API Access

When you connect your TikTok account, RawPiper uses the TikTok for Developers API and may request certain permissions. These permissions allow us to:

  • Access account information: View your basic profile and statistics (scopes: user.info.basic, user.info.profile, user.info.stats).
  • Manage your videos: Upload and publish videos on your behalf (scopes: video.upload, video.publish).
  • Access your video library: View the list of videos you’ve uploaded (scope: video.list).

These permissions are used only to provide the publishing, analytics, and management features you enable in RawPiper.

You can revoke access at any time in your TikTok account settings.

5. Meta (Facebook & Instagram) API Access

When you connect your Facebook or Instagram account, RawPiper uses the Meta Graph API and may request certain permissions. These permissions allow us to:

  • Manage and publish content: Create and schedule posts, stories, reels, and ads on your connected Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts.
  • Access account information: View your basic profile, Pages you manage, and associated business assets.
  • Retrieve analytics and insights: Access performance data for posts, ads, and audience engagement.
  • Engage with your audience: Manage comments, messages, and product tags on your behalf.
  • Manage commerce and ads: Handle catalog connections, ads management, and related business tools.

We use these permissions only to provide the publishing, analytics, and engagement features you enable in RawPiper.

You can revoke access at any time in your Meta account settings.

6. How We Use Your Information

    • Process and manage videos you upload.

All data from connected accounts is used only to provide these features and to keep your content secure.

Your videos, images, and content are stored securely on our encrypted cloud infrastructure.

  • Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256).
  • Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
  • We process your content only as needed for video transcoding, captioning, and publishing.

8. Third-Party Service Providers

We may use trusted third-party providers (such as cloud hosting, analytics, and content delivery networks) to help us provide the service. These providers act as processors under strict confidentiality and security obligations.
